Yoga

We offer a traditional approach to yoga as prescribed by the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali by integrating body alignment with yogic philosophy for a yoga body, yoga mind, and yoga life full of compassion and gratitude.

MORNING SUNS

Start your day with variations of yogaÕs traditional salute to sun followed by a morning stretch and meditation.

 

CORE & RESTORE

Focus on the strength & length of the core with every posture to develop new awareness of the bodyÕs center followed by 30 minutes of restorative postures & therapeutic touch to rejuvenate after a challenging practice.

 

ESSENTIALS

For beginnerÕs, returning students, and those looking for a primer of yogaÕs popular postures.

 

GENTLE

Gentle classes cover the basics in a therapeutic way to effectively stretch the body and mind for a more soothing experience.

 

RESTORATIVE

Highly therapeutic and relaxing postures are enhanced with props, cushions, and therapeutic touch to melt away tension and nurture troubled bodies and souls.

 

PRENATAL

Prepare for labor and parenthood with prenatal modifications that bond you to your new baby and beautiful new body.

 
Class Levels

LEVEL 1

Learn the basics of asana (yoga postures), breath awareness, & meditation.  Detailed explanations of techniques and modifications are covered.

 

LEVEL 2

Explore advanced variations and discover the benefits of inversions, pranayama, and lifestyle immersion.

 

LEVEL 3

Longer holds, advanced variations & inversion techniques, pranayama, and chanting.

 

MULTI-L

Multi-level classes are structured with Level 1, 2, & 3 variations of asana so that you can customize your practice according to your abilities and needs.
